The Inventory Control module is fully integrated with CompuTrain's Purchase Orders. Add in as many Items, Departments and Buildings as you like for tracking.

The CompuTrain Accounts Payable module is fully powered with complete integration with Purchase Order, Payroll, Capital Assets, General Ledger, Utility Billing, etc. Setup Recurring Payments to speedup monthly, quarterly or annual input and the program will create vouchers automatically as they are due. Make partial payments to un-encumber funds and to release Purchase Orders as they are paid.

The Purchase Order module can fully integrate with the Accounts Payable module allowing you to send posted Purchase Orders directly to Accounts Payable and eliminating double entry. Also available is the Purchase Order Request feature that can allow multiple users put in requests from remote locations. These can then be combined with other requests to form a single PO to a vendor. The Purchase Order Module will also track your encumbered balances correctly as recommended by the SBOA.

The Time Trax module can fully integrate with the Payroll module or function on its own. It can be setup on multiple computers for employee convenience. Security features prevent mishandling of the time and hours and only authorized persons can change the clock in and out times. You can create employee work schedules that the employees can access with his or her PIN to view or print.

CompuTrain's Payroll module offers full integration with Human Resources, Direct Deposit and Time Trax modules. Add or edit employees and their pertinent information within either Payroll or Human Resources module. Setup unlimited number of deductions and indicate through an easy setup which deductions will appear on the check stub. Pay employees from multiple funds, accounts, departments, and at different rates. Print Federal and PERF forms.

CompuTrain's Human Resources module offer full integration between the Payroll module or operate independently of each other. Add or edit employees and their pertinent information within either module. Track unlimited personal employee data including job and salary history, attendance and work status. Use the employee warning forms for disciplinary actions or termination notices. Schedule employee events that will give pop up reminders for evaluations, time off for any number of upcoming events.

The Utility Billing module is fully integrated with CompuTrain's General Ledger. Setup as many utility services and rates as you need: water, sewer, electric, trash, residential pole lighting, gas, cable, etc.

The Point of Sale module is packaged with software, scanner, and cash drawer or each can be purchased separately. The software is integrated with the accounting software as well as the Utility Billing software module.

Avoid over booking or under booking rooms or equipment, with the CompuTrain Scheduling module. This easy to use feature lets you schedule rooms and equipment, usage, assign employee hours and plan events with a single entry.
