POS fully integrates with CompuTrain Accounting and Utility billing programs or can act as a stand alone product. The Point of Sale module is packaged with Software, Scanner and Cash Drawer that will work with your current computer and monitor or add a Touch Screen Monitor.
- Scan Utility bills to enter and accept payments from customers
- Set up individual users and inventory items with retail and cost values
- Integrates fully with General Ledger to send and create deposits.
- Open/Close register sending current day sales to history and resetting transactions for the next day.
- Begin a new sale by entering accounts or inventory items by scanning a barcode.
- Checkout tenders cash, gives change due and prints a receipt
- Accepts Utility payments and give an option to apply change back to future utilities as well as updating balances as the transactions are entered
- Current and Historical Reports of sales, transactions and over/short report
