The Utility Billing module is fully integrated with CompuTrain’s General Ledger. Setup up as many utility services and rates as you need: water, sewer, electric, trash, residential pole lighting, gas, cable, etc.
- Accept payments on-line with website by credit card, debit, or e-check
- Post payments to accounts in arrears according to priorities you establish
- Oldest first, then water, then taxes, etc. and sewer last
- Calculate Estimate or Budget Bills for a client at any time
